About
Individuals fall for scams. There are many opinions why. The one that makes most sense to me is that they stop thinking rationally; they hope and imagine themselves on top of the world. Even if, generally, there is no pot at the end of the rainbow, there might be, just in this case. Their decisions are biased and suffer from a lack of information. This project will uncover which factors influence individuals’ decision making processes the most when they fall for Internet scams and provide guidance to those who wish to avoid these pitfalls.
